Peter Moffatt (15 April 1922-21 October 2007) directed several Doctor Who stories, including three starring Peter Davison, who coincidentally was born Peter Moffett. He had already worked with Davison on All Creatures Great and Small. Many people thought that Davison was using his real name to direct and star in the same shows. (DCOM: The Five Doctors)
