Aleister Crowley (1875-1947) was a British occultist and mystic.

At some point prior to 1915, Crowley gave his copy of the Necronomicon to Dr. Howard Phillips in lieu of payment for an ulcer operation. (NA: White Darkness)

In 1947, a Jarakabeth that Crowley had summoned began impersonating him after his death. (PDA: Heart of TARDIS)
