Brynblaidd (Welsh for Wolf Hill) was a small Welsh village in the Brecon Beacons. For generations, the villagers of Brynblaidd engaged in the occasional murder and cannibalism of strangers. Circa 2007, after they had abducted seventeen victims within a thirty mile radius, Torchwood 3 discovered the community, for which Evan Sherman apparently acted as the leader. Soon after, the police arrested the villagers. After this, presumably, this 'tradition' was discontinued. (TW: Countrycide)
