Napir Prime was a planet in the Isop Galaxy. According to the 'Rough Guide to the Isop Galaxy' the native life forms were the best hosts in the Universe. The Tenth Doctor mentioned this to Donna Noble when she complained that he had never taken her to meet a nice robot. (NSA: Shining Darkness)
