Blair Shedd — sometimes more simply credited as Blair Shedd — is an American comic book penciller who drew IDW Publishing's Tenth Doctor adventure, Don't Step on the Grass and the Eleventh Doctor story, Run, Doctor, Run. Despite the fact that IDW is an American company, Shedd (born in the Philippines) is one of the few American artists to publish Doctor Who art professionally.

He graduated from the prestigious Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art in 1999 and was, at the time of his initial involvement with Doctor Who, a freelance artist.
