Cyber-Control was the base of operations of the Cybermen on Telos in the 26th century. (DW: Tomb of the Cybermen)
Cyber-Control was overseen by the Cyber-Controller. It contained facilities for Cyber-conversion.
The base was destroyed when a quantity of vastial exploded thanks to the efforts of the Sixth Doctor, Flast, and the sonic lance. (DW: Attack of the Cybermen)
