Edu was a former miner on Chloris who became a member of a band of thieves that was unofficially led by Torvin.
Biography
Edu was a slow thinker, needing a large amount of explanation when Torvin outlined his plan to raid Adrasta's palace. Once there, Edu and Torvin stole a Tythonian Communicator but it hypnotised them into returning it to Erato. Having done so, they awoke from their trance and ran in fear. They returned to camp and Torvin was killed by Karela. Along with the rest of the group, Edu was almost talked into joining Karela until the Fourth Doctor showed up and had K9 destroy the metal they had plundered. Defeated, they rejected Karela.
