Eddie Lang was a cleaner in the London Underground.
Biography
While Eddie was cleaning one night, "ghosts" attacked him and made him into one of them. The next day the Tenth Doctor and Majenta Pryce found him and told him he was dead. He laters aided Majenta in killing Mnemosyne the alien that had made him into a ghost. (DWM: Ghosts of the Northern Line)
