Colonel Sarg was a Sontaran officer who served under General Kade in the Fourth Sontaran Intelligence Division.
His attitude was typical of Sontaran combat personnel, having presumably spent many years serving with one of the Sontaran Battle Fleets before being reassigned to the Fourth Sontaran Intelligence Division. Though he and his superior - General Kade - both had the same goal (the defeat of the Rutan Host), their opinions differed on how best to achieve that goal; Kade believed the best way to defeat the Rutans was to learn as much as possible about their enemy, whereas Sarg preferred the use of brute military force.
He was part of the invasion of Chelsea 426, and was killed in a duel with General Kade after he challenged the General for command of the Fourth Sontaran Intelligence Division. (NSA: The Taking of Chelsea 426)
