The Cyrrhenic Empire, also known as the Cyrrhenic Alliance was a group of aligned planets, including Levithia. The Empire had fought in many battles, such as on Freytus, most led by Graff Vynda-K. Despite this, they refused to back him after his half-brother took control of his planet. (DW: The Ribos Operation)
