Shona was a woman who worked in Sanderson & Grainger, a department store housing Cybermen. She stayed late one night and whilst she was cleaning up a mess, encountered a Cyberman which killed and converted her. What was left of her was destroyed when Craig Owens foiled the Cybermen's attempt to convert him into a Cyber-Controller and overloaded their emotional inhibitors with "love". (DW: Closing Time)
