Angela Wisher worked as a plumber.
Biography
Angela helped the Fifth Doctor investigate an invasion of Earth planned by the Tinghus. Angela first encountered the Doctor when he crashed his TARDIS into her greenhouse just after her boyfriend John was infected by a Cuddlesome which had attacked him with a virus. She was just drunk enough to accept the Doctor's description of himself as a Time Lord from another planet.
Three years later (a few minutes for the Doctor), John had split up with her and the Doctor returned, once more smashing her greenhouse to bits. (BFA: Cuddlesome)
Behind the scenes
- The Wisher in Angela Wisher plays tribute to Michael Wisher, Doctor Who guest actor and the original Davros, who had played Ronald Turvey in the original Audio Visuals version of Cuddlesome.
