::Mostly because it broke a large amount of the talk pages that the Welcome template was on. As I said I'd be happy for the development of a new alternate Welcome template. But going through and editing 2000 or so of everyone's talk pages to fix something that isn't broken seems somewhat tedious and unnecessary. Reverting Welcome template edits
Hi, I've reverted your edits on the Welcome template as it lead to some errors and is linked to far too many talk pages to change. It'd be fine to develop a new alternate Welcome template but for now...I think it might be better to leave it, it might be simple but it works. --Tangerineduel 16:02, November 23, 2009 (UTC)
