Minnie Hooper, who referred to herself as Minnie the Menace, was an outgoing old woman and a friend of Wilfred Mott. She was a member of the Silver Cloak.
After tracking down the Tenth Doctor, she wanted to be in a photo with a "handsome man", as she described the Doctor. She became The Master along with the rest of the human Race. She later attend Donna and Shaun's wedding in the spring of 2010. (DW: The End of Time)
