Ook "Star Burner" Rowann was a prisoner incarcarated on Space Station X-R orbitting the planet Nowhere during the Dalek-Human War. When the Daleks captured the station to rescue a Dalek Supreme, they used Ook's brain-waves as raw material for Dalek Battle Computers. (DWBIT: #33)
