This Archivist worked at the CIA Archive. He was shot by an assassin but didn't die because of Miracle Day. He was presumably caught up in the explosion the assassin caused, which destroyed the archives. (TW: The New World) He presumably died when the miracle was negated. (TW: The Blood Line)
