The Fifth Axis was a meglomaniacal neo-conservative superpower that in 2600 was taking over several planets and space in the area of the Braxiatel Collection. It was ruled by Imperator Volf Gator. In 2600 they attempted and failed to invade Kasagrad. (BFBS: The Doomsday Manuscript) During their occupation of the Braxiatel Collection it was discovered that their organisation was used as a cover by the Daleks. (BFBS: Death and the Daleks)
