Cline was the leader of a couple of soldiers encountered by the Tenth Doctor, Donna Noble and Martha Jones on the planet Messaline, where he was fighting against the Hath.
Biography
Cline's father and grandfather had fought the Hath. When he saw the Doctor's hands were clean, he forced him to process his DNA creating Jenny, the Doctor's daughter. [statement unclear]
Cobb put the Doctor, Donna and Jenny in a cell to prevent them stopping his reaching The Source. Cline was given the job of guarding them. Jenny tricked him into opening the cell by kissing him through the bars and stealing his gun. Cobb later found Cline tied up, gagged and embarassed. Cline joined the search for the Source.
