Philippa "Flip" Jackson was a companion to the Sixth Doctor.
She was riding on a London tube train with her boyfriend Jared when it slipped through a temporal fissure to the sentient planet Symbios, where she met the Doctor. (BFA: The Crimes of Thomas Brewster)
