Ian Bunting was a design assistant during series 2 and 3 of the BBC Wales version of Doctor Who and a concept artist for the first series of Torchwood.
Fellow design assistant Peter McKinstry once described him as having a design background in the automotive industry and that he was consequently assigned mostly mechanical objects by production designer, Edward Thomas. (DCOM: The Satan Pit)
