Comic pencillers are those people who have been credited formally as pencillers on comic strip/comic book work. Technically, all the artists who worked on early strips, such as those in TV Comic were their own pencillers, but as this work was painted, they are generally thought of as "comic artists", to indicate that they both drew, coloured and/or inked their own work.
