Instructions for {{Sandbox heading}}
{{sandbox heading}} is the permanent message which appears atop Tardis:Sandbox. It's been turned into a template for protection. After all, the sandbox is a place for people to play, and we've found that sometimes people destroy the message. Keeping it in a template means that it can easily be replaced on the page.
