Philip Edgerley, more usually credtited Phillip Edgerley, voiced Collis in BFA: Time Works.
He has been a jobbing actor on British television since at least the year 2000, when he was on The Bill. Since then, he's had guest shots on showl like Footballers' Wives: Extra Time and Doctors.
