Wayne Knight played Brian Friedkin in Torchwood: Miracle Day. Knight has previously appeared in the film Jurassic Park, and the TV series Third Rock From The Sun, but is perhaps most noted for playing Newman, Jerry's obnoxious postal carrier neighbour on Seinfeld.
