In 2007, the security guard attached to the Millennium Centre in Cardiff at Roald Dahl Plass was also responsible for keeping the area free from cars parked outside, as Gwen Cooper found out when she parked there in a police car in her pursuit of Torchwood. (TW: Everything Changes)
