Lodge was a London resident. When the city was evacuated because dinosaurs had appeared, he stayed behind to loot.
Biography
Lodge had stolen two tape recorders, a radio and a colour television set when he was arrested by soldiers and taken to a detention centre. When the Third Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith were taken to the same centre, he helped them knock out the guard, but when he tried to betray them, the Doctor knocked him out too.
