Delta Fifty was a male Ood that caught the Red-eye on the Ood Sphere. The Doctor and Donna Noble found him lying in the snow, because he had been shot. Then Delta Fifty went rabid for a few seconds, before finally dying. The Doctor told Donna that Delta Fifty was a "he", not an "it". (DW: Planet of the Ood)
