AAAGH! is a Doctor Who Adventures comic strip which has been published throughout most of 2011.
Overview
Aaagh! is a weekly, one page stand-alone comic adventure of the 'old funnies' type, in which the main characters - the robotic Mrs Tinkle and her assistant, Nervil, from the Alien Assignment Agency General Headquarters, attempt to help sort out “any problem” with their agency staff of various reformed alien criminals (various characters - usually monsters - from the world of Doctor Who).
Original print details
- Aaagh! appears weekly in the pages of Doctor Who Adventures. It started in Issue 204
- No reprints to date.
Notes
- Writers for the script include; Malcolm Mackenzie, Simon Guerrier, Luke Paton and Paul Lang.
- The premise behind the strip is along the lines of Christopher Cooper’s previous regular cartoon feature “Things to do with a defeated Enemy” which featured in the magazine.
- Coverage of the strip was boosted in a national UK newspaper (The Daily Star) when the X-Factor supremo Simon Cowell made an appearance in Issue 208, receiving a wedgie from the Krafayis!
