The Registrar was a female human who worked as a vicar at a church in Ealing. She was to marry Sarah Jane Smith to Peter Dalton, but the Tenth Doctor intervened. When time was restored and Peter killed, she watched Sarah Jane walk away. (SJA: The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith)
