Creeby was a member of a species that looked like Earth flies. He was a regular at Bish's, a bar run by Bish. He was a war veteran and still dressed in wartime regalia. He was warned many times about bothering patrons for a drink. The Doctor allowed him some of his drink. Creeby spat it back proclaiming it was like posion, non-alcoholic.
