Alice Harper was . . . A Time Lady of no real import, she was stranded in the 21st century of an alternate dimension when her TARDIS drifted too near a black dwarf and suffered a massive malfunction in the time rotor as well as a significant drop in artron energy. Alice has long since given up hope of returning to her own world, and has contented herself with watching the adventures of a fellow Time Lord as played out on telly. She took on a less noticeable name and false identity after an incident in a coffee shop in Maine, and due to frustration at her inability to order items off the internet.
She is currently in her third regeneration and has had a very limited number of traveling companions. Her TARDIS has taken the form of a beaten gray car, and while the chameleon circuit is still fully functioning nothing much else is. She has a fondness for tea, books, and excitement, and is rather annoyed about getting stuck on the wrong side of the pond.
