Linda was a woman who who was picked up in a bar by Owen Harper in 2007. The woman appeared to be on her own and to facilitate a sexual encounter he used a cologne acquired from Torchwood. When she left the bar with him, her boyfriend Colin drunkenly proceeded to start a fight, before Owen used the cologne on him too. (TW: Everything Changes)
