Emperor Adolphus Caesar was the young and spoiled child ruler of an alternate Rome that never fell. His titles included "Master of the Solar System and the Galaxy Beyond." After the Malevilus were defeated, the Fourth Doctor advised Vesuvius to send Adolphus to a boarding school on Cryos Four, run by an order of Lukronian Vorks who were very strict on discipline.
