Victor Camford was the prison governor in charge of Stangmoor Prison during the testing of the Keller Machine.

Victor Camford (PROSE: The Mind of Evil [+]Loading...["The Mind of Evil (novelisation)"], Who Killed Kennedy [+]Loading...["Who Killed Kennedy (novel)"]) was acquainted with "Professor Emil Keller" from his machine, which had recently been used at his prison. He initially believed that he could call Harry Mailer's bluff when the inmate staged a riot, but this soon proved not to be the case.
