Since Series 5, we've had numerous 'mini-episodes' of Doctor Who which have been released in a number of formats. However, I've spotted a few things in the articles on these episodes which need looking at in my opinion.

For reference, here are the episodes which I am focusing on:

• Meanwhile in the TARDIS - two scenes that take place between episodes in Series 5. Released on DVD.
• Night and the Doctor - a series of five mini-episodes. Released on Series 6 DVD.
• Pond Life - a series of shorts released over a week. Full version was later televised.

Let's start at the top:

• In a previous discussion, we looked at whether TARDIS should be two or one articles. This discussion did not reach a conclusion.
• Is Pond Life a webcast or TV story? While it was released in parts on the website, it then televised in full on the red button.
• The infobox on Pond Life puts it between Good as Gold and Asylum of the Daleks, as if it were a televised episode. Obviously, if we consider it a TV episode in the previous point, then that's okay. But if we don't, should it keep said navigation?
• What are TARDIS and Night actually categorised as? They are not TV stories in the traditional sense, as they are DVD exclusive. This is important to know as they are currently linked with the DW prefix.

There are some other points, but in all my typing I kinda forgot them.I'll come back when I remember them.

To be honest, I think all these articles should be looked at by an admin, just to make sure they fit in correctly.

You seem to be discussing two completely different ideas here. One is whether Meanwhile should be one or two articles, the other is how to categorize these various stories.

As for the first one, in Forum:Meanwhile in the TARDIS: Differentiating the scenes, which has been archived, it was generally agreed that it should be one article, because on the DVD both parts have the same title. Shambala108 ☎ 14:49, September 4, 2012 (UTC)

Well, let's take each of your points in turn, Eladkse.

1. Meanwhile in the TARDIS status. The original form of the article was to treat both parts in the same article. The discussion you brought up following your move of the information to two pages was to determine whether there were grounds for splitting the article. We've since established that in no way does the DVD packaging offer any suggestion of a difference in titling between the two eposes. Therefore, there are no grounds to split the article, and Meanwhile in the TARDIS 1 (TV story) and Meanwhile in the TARDIS 2 (TV story) should now be edited back into the single page Meanwhile in the TARDIS.
2. Pond Life. The dab term used for any story is always that which represents the original medium. The original medium of Pond Life was web broadcast. Granted there's essentially no difference between the web and BBC Red Button, but it's my understand that each did, by however narrow a margin, make it to the webpage before the Red Button premiere. If anyone can provide evidence to the contrary, there might be grounds for changing the dab term. Until then, there is no inherent contradiction in saying that it's Pond Life (webcast), but having it slot within the Doctor Who television stories infobox naviagation. It clearly is a part of the narrative continuity of televised Doctor Who, and belongs there as much as, say, Dreamland belongs in the infoboxes of the 2009 "gap year".
3. Meanwhile and Night classification. It's been determined in separate discussions that, at the moment, these are prefixed with TV. Given the coming prefix simplification, however, they'll likely change to VID or HOMEVID. Their category is unlikely to change from what it is currently.
