Extinction Event was a Doctor Who Adventures comic strip published in 2011. It featured the Eleventh Doctor.

The Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams arrive not in Hawaii, but in 2011, to find themselves being chased by a Tyrannosaurus Rex with a plane flying overhead! Taking shelter in a cave, they find a hidden door at the back. Through the door they find a secret base built into the base of a volcano.
Rory is separated from the others and watches as two Raptors escort them to a science lab, where they find a reptilian scientist at work. The creature introduces himself as Professor Saurian. He is from a planet like Earth, where evolution took a different path.
