The Slaughterhouse was a stable time-space eddy buried hundreds of kilometres beneath Gallifrey. It was a stockpile of the Time Lords' most powerful weapons, either made on Gallifrey or collected from other planets, (PROSE: The Ancestor Cell) selected by the Celestial Intervention Agency (PROSE: The Quantum Archangel) for their usefulness against many possible identities of the enemy. (PROSE: The Ancestor Cell) Weapons in the Slaughterhouse included the Armageddon Sapphire and the Profane Virus of Rassilon, (PROSE: The Quantum Archangel) as well as a proton gun. (PROSE: The Ancestor Cell)
