Tahira Khan was second in command of the Valkyrie unit. She accused Beth Stokes of bringing the Daleks to the planet Bliss. She was delighted by Ace's knowledge of Daleks. When the Daleks advanced on the infirmary, she saved Hex from extermination. She was injured by an explosion.
