Kistane Shafe Cane was a refugee from Red Force Five in the year 100 trillion. She came with her son Beltone to Silo 16 on Malcassairo, and upon reuniting with her other son, Padra, became one of the humans who left on the rocket from Malcassairo to Utopia. (TV: Utopia) Upon reaching Utopia, however, they found it was a cold and inhospitable world. They regressed into the Toclafane. (TV: Last of the Time Lords)
