Category 0 was a proposed category of the categories of life system instated in light of Miracle Day, which resulted in the human race becoming immortal for several months in 2011. (TV: The Blood Line)
Category 0 would consist of any person, of any category, deemed fit for incineration in the modules for moral reasons, such as criminals who would have received the death penalty prior to the Miracle.
