Pete was a member of Nigel's gang. The boys liked to smoke cigarettes on the corner near Mr Golieweski's newsagent shop.
One day they encountered the Seventh Doctor outside the shop. They asked him for money, but he said his friend Ace had it.
The next day, the boys broke into a mausoleum and vandalised it. When they heard a noise, everyone except David Fisher ran away.
