Vincent Wong (4 February 1928-13 March 2015[1]) played Ho in the Doctor Who television story The Talons of Weng-Chiang. He also had uncredited roles as a Chinese delegate in Day of the Daleks (DWM 301) and the Chinese captain in Enlightenment. (DWM 186)
