Dehliop Four was the home planet of the Dehliops, a warrior race much smaller than most of their neighbours. They developed a technology to make them bigger, but it was not entirely safe. As a result, the technology was banned and all of the machines destroyed. One remaining machine (presumably smuggled off the planet), was onboard a crashed spacecraft which before being destroyed by the Eleventh Doctor was used by the Hope Institute of Science to super-size fruit and vegetables to meet the growing problems of world hunger. (COMIC: Attack of the 50ft Rory)
