: Technically, even saying what the acronym stands for is violating T:NO RW. It's shorthand for "unruly schoolchildren" along with the Doctor mentions of hoodies and obnoxious ringtones. It would be really condescending to the British audience to explain it in-universe, especially if it's just as an insult, rather than actually receiving one. It IS pretty Britain-exclusive, so maybe someone more familiar with the order can explain it in the behind the scenes section.
: From Wikipedia: An Anti-Social Behaviour Order is an Order of the Court which tells an individual over 10 years old how they must not behave. An Order can contain only negative prohibitions. -- Tybort (talk page) 21:56, May 28, 2013 (UTC)

Technically, even saying what the acronym stands for is violating T:NO RW.
From Wikipedia: An Anti-Social Behaviour Order is an Order of the Court which tells an individual over 10 years old how they must not behave. An Order can contain only negative prohibitions. -- Tybort (talk page) 21:56, May 28, 2013 (UTC)
