Warner was responsible for redirecting [[Pluto-Earth flight one-five]] from doing a dropover on the ''Nerva'', which was under [[quarantine]] because of an apparent [[plague]] infection killing off the crew. Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
Warner was responsible for redirecting Pluto-Earth flight one-five from doing a dropover on the Nerva, which was under quarantine because of an apparent plague infection killing off the crew. Not long afterwards, he was bitten by a Cybermat and infused with its venom, the real culprit behind the crew's deaths. The Fourth Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith, Harry Sullivan and the surviving Nerva crew failed to save him, as Warner died from the effects of the venom after his pulse and temperature shot up beyond what could support human life, though he lasted longer than most of the other infected victims.
