Ron Tarr (14 November 1936-20 October 1997[1]) played "Big Ron" in the television soap opera EastEnders and in the crossover Doctor Who special Dimensions in Time, although his contribution to the latter — which was an alternate sequence in place of Mandy Salter — was never broadcast. He had earlier played an uncredited slave in the Doctor Who television story Destiny of the Daleks. (DWM 283)
