Glory Bee was a Soviet spy. On 30 October 1938, she hired the Eighth Doctor to find her "uncle", the Soviet scientist Professor Yuri Stepashin. It turned out that he wasn't her uncle, but a scientist who escaped the USSR. After she escaped from Don Chaney's lair in the Brooklyn Bridge, she fell off the bridge to her death.
