In October 1947, thousands of people congregated in the park under the influence of the Selyoids. The Second Doctor and Ben Jackson, and later Polly Wright and Robert Chate, followed the crowds to confront Leonard de Sande and stop the Selyoids. (PROSE: Dying in the Sun)
