:::Well, no. That would be speculation. They do celebrate their 10th anniversary after all, almost definitely in 2020, in Power of Three. Timeline error?edit source

There seems to be a bit of a timeline discrepancy here. Pond Life is said to take place in 2014, along with Asylum of the Daleks. In Dinosaurs on a Spaceship, Amy directly says that it takes place (for her) ten months after their last adventure. However, according to several pages, the Doctor picks up Amy, Rory, and Rory's dad from 2020.

How is this possible? Is there any source for either date? 66.183.143.157talk to me 23:54, September 19, 2012 (UTC)

Alternative Timelinesedit source

Shouldn't Amy and Rory's celebration of their tenth wedding anniversary be under alternative timelines rather than in the main timeline?Tbug 17:41, September 23, 2013 (UTC)

Erm, why? The Power of Three didn't take place in an alternate timeline!

Apologies for being unclear in my question. Didn't the version of 2020 seen in The Hungry Earth become an alternate timeline when Amy and Rory became stuck in twentieth-century New York? Specifically, they can't have been visiting Cwmtaff in 2020 because they were long dead by then.

Well, no. That would be speculation. They do celebrate their 10th anniversary after all, almost definitely in 2020, in Power of Three. And even if they somehow celebrated their anniversary in a different year, the Doctor could very well have brought them to greet their younger selves by TARDIS. To be called an alternate timeline, it needs to be specifically stated in-narrative that their visit was negated.

J. K. Rowling's armyedit source

What's this about Rowling raising an anti-trans army? What's the source on that for the Doctor Who universe? CaptainKaibyo 23:35, 18 November 2023 (UTC)
