Audreau Skemp was a human colonist on Teuba. When the Sixth Doctor and Evelyn Smythe visited the colony, Skemp was the vice president.
Skemp offered her condolences to Ormsin Ives, her former teacher, whose husband had been killed in the Hufko attack. She was pleased at Evelyn's suggestion that Ormsin accompany the others in the negotiations with the Hufko. (PROSE: The Diplomat's Story)
